Nikki has been with Wilson M. Beck Insurance Services for 28 years and has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. She sits on the Board of Directors of many associations, including the BC Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association, the Associated Equipment Distributors (BC Chapter), and the BC Stone Sand & Gravel Association. Nikki also volunteers her time with other related construction associations / committees such as The National Advisory Council (Manufacturers, Suppliers, & Service) for the Canadian Construction Association; Road Safety at Work / Shift into Winter Campaign, Concrete BC, and Concrete Council of Canada, as well as other various community organizations.

Nikki was recently recognized on Insurance Business Canada's list of Elite Women for 2023, and is nominated as a Woman of Distinction at the 2023 Insurance Business Canada Awards. Nikki was also recognized as a Top Broker for 2023 by Insurance Business Canada. Whether the risks are related to insurance or simply business, her focus is to ensure clients know the areas that create the most risk in their day-to-day operations and to design an insurance program that fits those risks.
