Dave Earle has held a variety of executive-level positions in both the provincial public sector and various private sector industries. He leads the BC Trucking Association, advocating for members’ interests at the federal, provincial and municipal levels on all aspects of commercial transport regulation and law. In addition to many federal, provincial and non-profit statutory and board appointments, he is also the Executive Director of the Employer’s Forum, the voice of BC business on all matters related to Occupational Health and Safety and Workers Compensation. Dave has over two decades’ experience working with employers to better understand and implement OHS best practices, trained current and emerging supervisors with the knowledge and skills to excel as leaders, and has spoken to audiences around North America on a wide array of HR, operational and leadership topics.
