Paul is a licensed 309A electrician for over 30 years. Holding many elected positions in his workplace from Skilled Trades Steward to Skilled Trades Chairperson he is now a National Skilled Trades Coordinator for Unifor. Overseeing the Women in Skilled Trades program for Unifor is one of his responsibilities, one that has become a passion for him. He believes that the growing need for Skilled Trades in Canada can be addressed by looking at underrepresented groups by helping to remove barriers to apprenticeships.
