Stephanie Allen is the Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program for Women Coordinator at WEST of Windsor. She has 14 years of program management, employment counselling/job development experience while working with women, newcomers and people with disabilities. Stephanie is passionate about helping with their employment goals and learning how to achieve them through various avenues including education/training. Stephanie has Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Education and has worked at WEST in since 2014. She has established relationships with community and industry partners to help break down employment barriers and assist women with discovering their employment goals.
