Morgan Garnett (she/her) has spent over a decade working as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician. Morgan has always volunteered at every opportunity to promote the skilled trades as a first-choice career option for women and girls. She has also taken and created every opportunity she could within her organization and industry to influence culture change so that everyone can have the best chance for success when they start their careers in the trades. In 2022 Morgan brought home her toolbox from Finning and started working as an Inclusion & Diversity Specialist to make culture change her full-time focus.
