As the Executive Director of Operations at BC Infrastructure Benefits (BCIB) Gareth works with union representatives, contractors and government partners to grow and diversify the skilled trades workforce in the province of British Columbia. Bowley manages an operations team of 20 talented individuals who support and deploy qualified construction workers to a network of 10 select infrastructure projects. He is an active member of BCIB’s apprentice and trainee committee and is dedicated to helping the next generation of skilled trades workers begin their careers in the construction industry.
