Emily Arrowsmith is the Director of Research and Programs at CAF-FCA. In her 17 years at CAF-FCA, Emily has led 50 plus national apprenticeship research projects, including the Apprentices in Canada ePanel. Emily has worked with a diverse range of apprenticeship stakeholders, including youth, apprentices, labour representatives, employers and educators. Emily recently earned her Bachelor’s in Adult Education from Brock University. She also has a Project Management Certificate from Algonquin College and a Ph.D. from Carleton University.
