She earned a diploma in Business Administration Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Nancy has served on several boards, including the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association, the Sturgeon County Economic Development Advisory Board, and the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council. She is currently a member of the Alberta Board of Skilled Trades.
