Aerial Innovation Driving Enhanced Railway Safety - The railway industry is ripe for innovation and much of that innovation is based on use of advanced tools and technologies. One of those innovative tools is the use of drones in the areas of geometry analysis, bridge and culvert inspection, asset assessment, project audits, slope analysis, flooding prediction and post-event triage. Other use cases are coming into vogue on a daily basis. All of these use cases share one common goal – to improve railway safety and reduce the cost of inspections.
