Grant Barkman is a seasoned business and technology leader with a particular depth of experience in enterprise-wide innovation, solutions architecture, RPAS flight operations and system development and integration.

Grant has been instrumental in leading innovation projects across multiple domains, most recently in the railway industry. In this particular domain he has led the team that designed and implemented TrackSense, a fully integrated suite of tools for railways to perform remote inspection using drones and artificial intelligence. TrackSense provides a variety of capabilities designed to proactively manage the health and safe operation of rail lines through regular inspection of railways, bridges and right-of-ways. TrackSense also includes full crew dispatch and mobile track inspection reporting on IoS tablets.

Grant is highly mobile and has a well-balanced blend of international experience including living and working in Canada, the US, the UK and Europe.
