Sarah is an RPAS Instructor at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and Advanced RPAS Pilot. She is a best-selling author, two-time Energy Futures Lab storyteller, Canada Council of the Arts grant recipient, and presented at the British Society of Criminology conference on the effectiveness of using arts-based approaches to bridge the gap between the public and police. She has 20+ years’ experience as a professional environmental consultant, including professional archaeological consulting in Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Manitoba and Ontario, and as an Indigenous Knowledge Studies lead in Alberta and British Columbia. If she’s not working, flying, or playing outside, she’s writing about outside.
