Josué completed military aerospace control training as a Terminal Controller (2003) and as an Aerodrome Controller (2010), to then fulfill Chief Controller and Standards Officer roles. This was followed by four years as an Instructor Supervisor and Manager at the RCAF School of Aerospace Control Operations. Subsequently, Josué led the team conducting operational inspections and training oversight for all RCAF aerospace control units across Canada, including time as a Team Lead at the Canada NORAD Region Ops Center. Currently, he manages the RPAS Traffic Management program at Transport Canada and is the co-chair of the RTMAC and associated working groups alongside NAV CANADA.
