A former 9-1-1 Telecommunicator, Police Dispatcher, and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Supervisor, with a passion for Mapping (GIS) and analytics. Today he is an Application Analyst in I.T. with Waterloo Regional Police as well as being the Chair of the CRTCs Emergency Services Working Group (the ESWG), working with stakeholders across the Canada on all matters related to 9 1 1, with a current focus on the Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) deployment.
