Join us for a collaborative social evening hosted by the Vancouver Geotechnical Society (VGS), the Canadian Dam Association (CDA), and the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA). This event brings together young professionals from the geotechnical, construction, and dam industries for a relaxed night of networking, conversation, and connection. Appetizers and drink tickets will be provided, with additional beverages or food available for purchase. Come connect, unwind, and build new professional relationships in a casual setting.

Who Should Attend?

All young professionals from the VRCA, Canadian Geotechnical Society (CGS), or CDA, in the Vancouver regional area. Experienced professionals with anecdotes and advice for the YPs are also welcome to attend! You must be a member of one of the organizations to purchase a ticket.

Venue

The networking event is at the Rec-Room Brentwood, in Burnaby. In addition to the restaurant and bar, there is a state-of-the-art arcade and recreational games. The Hall is reserved for the event from 5 PM to 8 PM, so the networking can continue onto the games floor for some friendly competition afterwards!

The Rec-Room is just steps away from the Skytrain (Millenium Line) and other transit friendly options. Please be safe and arrange for alternate travel options if consuming alcohol at this event.
