In this session, leaders will learn how a comprehensive Wellness Program can positively affect workplace culture and improve retention, productivity and employee engagement. We will cover practical strategies to help leaders implement new initiatives and how to leverage partnerships and technology when resources are limited. Elements of the Edmonton Police Service Emergency Communications Centre Wellness Program including Employee Engagement Committees, enhanced psychological services, Peer Support, Reintegration, workforce management, and decision-making frameworks will be discussed.
