Construction Labour Relations Association of BC (CLR) was established in 1969 with the objective of bringing labour relations stability and security to contractors in BC’s unionized construction sector. Today CLR provides a comprehensive range of Labour Relations services to our members. As our organization developed over the last half-century, we have expanded our offerings to include Human Resource services, a Drug & Alcohol Policy, Health & Safety programs, and the Jurisdictional Assignment Plan (JAplan), alongside Education & Training initiatives.
