Grew up in rural part of Indiana in the United States.
Joined Cummins in 2018 as the Talent Acquisition Leader for North America and currently focused on gender diversity and leading the Technician Talent Liaison Program. My first job was detasseling corn which led me to hiring detasselers and spending the majority of my working life in Talent Acquisition.
Recently married to Kevin after 22 years of being a single mom to my daughter, Gabrielle (26) and son, Gregory (24).
Family history of strong females (owned farms).
