Aerial Evolution Canada 2022 Conference & Exhibition
Aerial Evolution Canada’s Annual Conference & Exhibition is scheduled for November 2 - 4, 2022 at the Westin Calgary Airport Convention Centre and the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport.
In order to ensure the delegates receive the best possible rate for their hotel accommodation, the organizing committee has chosen the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport and chosen the Westin Calgary Airport Convention Centre for the meeting. The two properties are located less than a 10 minute walk from each other, but there will be a courtesy shuttle available in case you do not wish to walk.
For those of you that have previously booked your hotel room at the Westin Calgary Airport,
please re-book at the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport as the rooms will not be available during the Conference dates.
