Lucie Tremblay is a Partner Success Manager at Versaterm Public Safety, where she supports agencies across Canada and beyond by helping them optimize their technology solutions and build stronger outcomes for first responders and communities. Tremblay brings over 35 years of leadership in public safety, including decades of service with the Canadian Armed Forces Military Police and as Deputy Chief of Police at VIA Rail Canada.
Before joining Versaterm, Tremblay held progressive command roles within the Military Police, including at the National Investigation Service, Counter-Intelligence Unit, and the multinational investigations team in Afghanistan. Her career highlights include her leadership role in the domestic security operation for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games and her work at Criminal Intelligence Service Canada, where she supported intelligence-led efforts to combat organized crime. She has also held positions in HR, training, policy development and officer selection.
A strong advocate for officer wellness, Tremblay served as Co-Chair of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) HR and Learning Committee, where she led national mental health initiatives. She was also a contributing member of the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT) and the Public Safety Steering Committee (PSSC), working with federal, provincial and municipal agencies to enhance mental health support for Canada’s public safety personnel and their families.
Tremblay holds an MBA from Athabasca University, a bachelor’s degree in administration from the Royal Military College of Canada and is a graduate and fellow of the Canadian Police College Executive Development Program.
