"Tracy Ward is a Senior Consultant for Federal Engineering, Inc. and has worked in Public Safety for 34 years. Currently her work involves consulting with agencies regarding operational analysis of 9-1-1 communication centers including protocol usage and dispatch coordination with behavioral health programs. Tracy began her Public Safety career as a Sworn Police Officer for the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) in Alberta, Canada. She worked frontline patrol, undercover drugs and narcotics, and surveillance before transferring to the PSAP. There, she was instrumental in implementing Emergency Police Dispatch, and founding their Quality Assurance program. When she retired her portfolio included Operations, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, as well as Employee Performance and Development.
Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Degree and a Change Management Certificate from the University of Alberta. She is a NENA Instructor, an IAED certified Master Emergency Police Dispatch Instructor, and conducts Quality Performance Review for IAED."
