"David is a Systems Engineer with E-Comm 911 - British Columbia's largest P25 Radio Network. As a specialist in interference detection and mitigation, David uses a network of software defined receivers throughout the E-Comm network to ensure the First Responders have clear channels to operate on. Working in close relation to ISED, he has initiated several product recalls and had several products banned from import into Canada.

In his spare time, David is an avid Amatuer Radio Operator, and the designer of the Internet Radio Linking Project - an amateur system that has been linking radio systems using Voice-over-IP since the 1990's."
