Stepahn Bunker is a 50+ year veteran of public safety, having served as a military policeman, municipal and county law enforcement, EMS, dispatch, corrections and firefighting. he is retired from the Maine 9-1-1 Authority where he managed training & certification and the central academy. He currently works in consulting in police & fire dispatching, center assessments and as an expert witness in 9-1-1 litigation. H e a frequent presenter at APCO Canada, APCO Intl, NENA and Navigator. he was recently elected as a state representative in the Maine 132nd State Legislature, serving on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee.
