Hotel Cancellation Policy: 30 Day Cancellation Policy

30 day cancellation policy. Full payment of room and tax due 30 days prior to arrival. The reservation can be cancelled until 30 days prior to arrival . One night’s room and tax (non-refundable) charged at the time of booking. The  reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable within 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of the full amount of the reservation inclusive of taxes if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee equals the full room charge plus tax for all the nights of the reservation. Early departures and cancellation of nights are not permitted without penalty within 30 days of arrival.
