Delegate = full access to meetings, meals and social sessions (golf + activities are not included)

Partner = full access to meetings, meals and social sessions (golf + activities are not included)

*Partner passes are for significant other's attending the conference. They must be accompanied by a Delegate pass.

Member Exhibit Booth = Each exhibit booth comes supplied with one 6-foot skirted rectangular table and two chairs. The booth price includes a delegate registration. Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased.

If you require electrical, please request this on the registration form. 

Please note this is not a typical tradeshow, large and elaborate displays do not work well in the space allotments. You will be required to manage your shipping and setup and teardown your booth. 

Registration closes on August 28, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted with no penalty until 45 days prior to the conference (July 31, 2026). No refunds will be provided after this date.
