Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and substitution requests must be made by emailing events@cda.ca. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee prior to the deadline of Sept. 15, 2026. After September 15, 2026, no refunds will be provided.
Changes to Registration: You can update your profile, change your session selections, and make substitutions through our online conference registration system. With your email address and password, you can access your registration record and make changes until September 15, 2026. After that date, change requests must be sent to events@cda.ca.
Data Processing and Sharing Contract Details: Collection and processing of personal data will comply with the applicable data protection legislation. The event team will only use the attendee’s personal information provided during the registration process to host, manage, and analyze attendee traffic and engagement.
Photography Policy: By registering and attending this event, you acknowledge that photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media in connection with the CDA and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
