Tyson Kaempffer, PGeo is a Specialist GeoScientist and has been working in the field of Geotechnical instrumentation since 2002. He has been the design lead for instrumentation on the BC Hydro Site C Clean Energy Project since 2011. He has extensive experience in designing, managing, installing, and maintaining all types of instrumentation including data acquisition systems. Prior to Site C he was the instrument lead for BC Hydro on the Coquitlam Dam (2007) and various other instrument investigations and upgrades at BC Hydro Facilities. He has provided numerous training seminars on Geotechnical Instrumentation at post secondary institutions, conferences and within BC Hydro.
