Dustin Dowler is a project engineer and engineering manager with over 25 years’ experience at BC Hydro. His background includes extensive experience in multi-disciplinary project engineering, engineering management, and design and commissioning of protection & control systems. Dustin joined the Site C project in 2012, taking on roles with the turbine-generator procurement team and owner engagement/user requirements team. His current role includes engineering management functions, multi disciplinary project engineering oversight and facilitation, as well as oversight of in-house delivery of the protection & control and telecommunications design and supply portfolio for Site C.
