- 8' high black wall drapery and 3' high sidewall drapery

- Two (2) Exhibitor Staff Passes (includes opening reception, trade show reception, sessions, conference meals Sunday-Tuesday)
- Five (5) guest passes to Trade Show to share with partner and clients, with access afternoons from 2-4:30pm (does not include meals)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and substitution requests must be made by emailing events@cda.ca. Cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee prior to the deadline of June 30, 2026. After June 30, 2026, no refunds will be provided.
Data Processing and Sharing Contract Details: Collection and processing of personal data will comply with the applicable data protection legislation. The event team will only use the attendee’s personal information provided during the registration process to host, manage, and analyze attendee traffic and engagement.
