Please ensure you come by and pick up your name badge. Badges will be ready for pick-up on May 10th at 4:00 pm, Lower Floor in front of the Shaughnessy Ballroom.

If you have any questions throughout the Conference, please visit the registration desk and one of our event team members will be happy to assist you.

FLOOR PLAN:

Here is a map of the Empress. The welcome reception is located in the Shaughnessy Ballroom and the business sessions, and President’s Gala are located in the Palm Court and Crystal Ballroom. 

DRESS CODE:

Business Attire for Business Sessions/Welcome Reception: During the business sessions, ties are not necessary. We kindly request attendees adhere to a business attire dress code. This typically includes slacks, blazer, suits, and dress shirts.

Semi-Formal Attire for President's Gala: The highlight of our conference, the President's Gala, calls for semi-formal attire. This means a blazer/suit jacket and tie for men, and cocktail dresses for women.
