This presentation will outline the inception, creation, and deployment of E-Comm's Peer Coach program, the need for which arose from a lack of consistency and oversight of the existing mentoring process, and the need to be able to upscale with organizational expansion. We will highlight the wins and challenges of creating a dedicated team of highly skilled and highly motivated Coaching Specialists sharing anecdotal and metric based evidence of the dramatic improvement observed in overall on-the-job training success rates, understanding of the root causes for unsuccessful candidates, and resulting impact on business outcomes.
