Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted with no penalty until April 15, 2025 (45 days prior to the conference).  All cancellations made after April 15, 2025 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Data Protections and Sharing of Contract Details

Collection and processing of personal data will comply with the applicable data protection legislation.
The event team will only use the attendee’s personal information provided during the registration process to host, manage, and analyze attendee traffic and engagement.
